Social Responsibility Built into DNA at Proven PCI

Proven Announces New Founders Program to Give Back to Local Non-Profits

Most businesses are created with profit in mind, first and foremost. Although profit is important to any business, at Proven, we lean into our social responsibility in addition to ensuring we have a successful business. There’s more to life than providing PCI compliance.

What is social responsibility? It’s the view that we should help our employees, neighbors, partners, and communities by doing the right thing. We feel strongly in giving back. Therefore, we intentionally created our business with giving back at the core of our DNA. That makes us different.

We recently announced a partnership with WGU to provide additional educational opportunities for our team and our partners. Why? Because we believe investing in our people only benefits the greater team and company. In addition, it benefits our customers by putting the best and brightest to work for them.

In addition to our work with WGU, we feel confidently in giving back to our community. To that end, we have created the Founders Program. This program donates a percentage of our net sales at the end of each calendar year to worthy organizations within our Memphis neighborhood.

First, we will support Influencers Memphis. This organization exists to teach individuals how to have a personal/intimate relationship with Jesus. Then, they continue to walk with them as they abide and learn to live out their faith. We are grateful for their influence in our business and appreciate the opportunity to give back to them.

“We are grateful that Proven has chosen to make a contribution to Influencers Memphis,” said Jay Thompson, Regional Director at Influencers Memphis. “This donation will help us achieve our mission of providing a process for men and women to establish a close, personal relationship with Jesus.”

Second, we are pleased to give back to Epicenter Memphis, a network and growth nonprofit focused on entrepreneurship. We appreciate this organization as they have helped in our launch as a fintech company with their incubator program and competitions for funding. We wouldn’t be where we are today without this tremendous group of people.

“Our mission at Epicenter is to connect startups like Proven PCI to resources that enable them to launch and meet growth milestones, and it’s been a joy to watch the Proven PCI team scale their company here in Memphis,” said Jessica Taveau, President and CEO of Epicenter. “One hallmark of a thriving entrepreneurial ecosystem is when founders have the capacity to give back to their community, and we’re grateful that the Proven PCI team has chosen to contribute to Epicenter in a way that will help other startups succeed.”

We are proud of what we are building and that we can give back to our team and community. Find out more about our PCI Compliance solution and how we give back by contacting us today.
